Any examples of past performance or success stories shared on our website or in our communications are not guarantees of similar results for all clients. Results may vary based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, industry, competition, budget, timeline, and client participation.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information as requested by us to perform our services. Delays in providing requested information may impact service delivery and results.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication and ensuring all provided materials (images, text, etc.) do not violate any third-party rights.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is due according to the agreed-upon terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all methodologies, processes, and know-how used in providing our services. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables created specifically for you.

You grant us a license to use your name, logo, and other materials provided by you for the purpose of delivering our services and for our portfolio and marketing purposes.

7. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostMXP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any changes made to the services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on our services
• Any other matter relating to our services

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past six months.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of any outstanding fees.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province where GhostMXP is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
